Bella Italia - BlueWater
Project | The conversion of an existing restaurant in Bluewater, Kent
Work Undertaken | This six and a half week project was completed at the end of March 2016. Like our Cambridge Bella Italia conversion, this restaurant was originally a La Tasca premises. The whole restaurant was stripped out, right back to the distribution boards. Alongside the installation of all tray work, we also fully rewired the restaurant and industrial kitchen and fitted an 18-way MODE Tiger dimming unit. Fire alarms were also installed, as was new lighting and power units throughout the property. This included approximately 50m of LED strip lighting.
All work carried out was fully tested and certificated.
Due to the fact that this restaurant was situated within Bluewater Shopping Centre itself, there were strict guidelines that had to be followed at all times. We constantly liaised with Bluewater staff to ensure their completed satisfaction throughout the entire project.
Full tests and certifications were carried out upon completion of the project.
